To SAVE your signature, Open your email inbox and compose a new email, paste your new signature and send a copy to yourself.

NEXT, follow your email provider setting below and save it in the right place. 

"Donate $1 to remove our watermark" is recommended if you are a business. 

Clicking on this option will SEND your new email signature WITHOUT a watermark or background to your email inbox.

To SAVE your signature, Select the entire signature from the email,

Gmail 

1. Login into your Gmail account.

2. Click on the "Cogwheel" icon towards the top right-hand side and select "Settings".

3. Under the "General" tab, scroll down to option "Signature". 

4. Simply Paste your new signature it the designated area. 

5. Scroll down further & click Save Changes.

To activate the signature on Gmail on mobile:

Can be done only after you saved the new signature on the desktop version.

1. Open Gmail app.

2. Click on the menu bar on the top left side.

3.  Scroll down further and click on Settings.

4. Select your email address.

5. Click on Signature Settings.

6. Switch OFF Mobile signature.

Outlook or Hotmail

1. Login into your Outlook or Hotmail account.

2. Click on the "Cogwheel" towards the top right-hand side & select "View all Outlook settings".

3. Under the "Settings" tab, click on "Mail" and select sub-menu "Compose and reply".

4. Simply Paste your new signature it the designated area, click on Save.

Yahoo

1. Login into your Yahoo Mail account

2. Click on the "Cogwheel" icon towards the top right-hand side and select “More Settings”.

3. Jump to option "Writing email" and in sub-menu "Turn on" the signature tool associated with your email address.

4. Simply Paste your new signature it the designated area.

5. Click "Back to inbox" option.

Mozilla Thunderbird

1. Login into your Thunderbird Mail account

2. Download and Install Mozilla Thunderbird email client to add your existing email address.

3. Upon login, right-click on added email at the sidebar on the left panel and select “Settings”.

4. Add your new email signature details in the text field and click “OK” to finish adding a signature.

AOL

1. Login into your AOL account

2. Click on “Options” in the top right corner and select “Mail Settings”.

3. Click on Compose from the left menu. Ensure that "Use Rich Text / HTML Editing" option is selected.

4. Switch back to signature settings in your email and Paste your new signature. 

5. Click on "Save Changes" to save the signature successfully.

iCloud

1. Click on iPhone Setting "Cogwheel" icon.

2. On setting click "Mail"

3. On mail click "Signature"

4. Select your account or ''All Accounts'' 

5. Paste your new signature in the white box.

6. close setting and your new signature is already saved on your mail settings
